Let me tell you a story…lol!
I fell in love with this chair and bought it about 6 months ago.

I bought some yellow/gold pillows to try and tie it in with my couch. But still wasn’t feeling it with the blue pillows…

So I begun a google search via picture of my chair. Hoping for some accessories…to no avail!

I did come across some upholstery fabric on Etsy that looked like a pretty close second to the fabric used on my chair…so I bought a yard.
Now to make some pillow covers. I have a sewing machine, but haven’t used it in years not even sure if it works! lol! So I decided on using my handy-dandy hot glue gun!

I cut the fabric to size, then folded it over then got hot glued 2 sides leaving the top like a pillow case. Then inserted the pillow. To finish the top I folded over each side like a hem, pinning them in place, the hot glued them together again.

I think they turned out really cute, and since the material was upholstery grade and thick and textured, the glue had a great surface to hold.

When looking at the 2 next to each other, they look really good, and you’d never know that they weren’t sewn!

What do you think?
